Free adult beta · a practical routine hub

Build an oral-care routine that fits your actual week.

Make a small plan, use helpful guides when you need them, and return to a calm two-minute timer—without an account, photo, or personal health details.

Your plan and self-reported progress stay in this browser for this beta.

More than a tracker

A useful place to return to—not another app to maintain.

BrushQuest is built for the moments when you want a clear next step, a quick refresher, or a plan that works around a changing schedule.

Build a realistic plan

Choose a time, a common obstacle, and one focus. BrushQuest turns them into a simple weekly starting point.

Use timing guidance

Follow a calm, four-part two-minute guide without pretending a website can see how you brush.

Keep the next step portable

Create a calendar file, use a visit-question starter, or open a reset route when your week changes.

Your 7-day starting plan

Make one small plan for the week ahead.

This is a self-directed routine organizer, not personalized dental advice. You can change it whenever you want.

Choose the shape of your plan

Your plan stays in this browser.

Calendar-ready

Put a future cue where you will actually see it.

Create a simple calendar file for a routine reset, a dental appointment reminder, or a toothbrush-head reminder. BrushQuest does not add events to your calendar or send them anywhere.

The file stays on this device until you choose whether to import it.

Quick guides

Useful refreshers for real-life moments.

These are general routine guides linked to public sources—not an assessment or a substitute for your dental professional.

Two-minute brushing guide
  1. Use fluoride toothpaste.
  2. Use the two-minute timer for your whole mouth.
  3. Make your next routine decision based on your own dentist’s directions.

General guidance: brushing twice daily for two minutes with fluoride toothpaste.

Cleaning between teeth, daily

Daily cleaning between teeth is a general recommendation. The method that works best for you can depend on your needs and professional advice.

If you are unsure which method to use, ask your dental professional.

A missed-day reset

There is no score to catch up. Choose the next realistic step, use your cue or timer if it helps, and continue your routine from there.

Checkmarks record your own input; they do not verify brushing.

Routine Compass

When life changes the plan, choose a reset route.

Instead of chasing a streak, pick the situation you are in. BrushQuest gives you a small, pressure-free way to continue.

Your next small step

Pick a moment to see your reset route.

This is not a grade and it is not dental advice. It is a practical way to return to the routine you choose.

Visit-ready questions

Bring a better question to your dental professional.

Choose a general topic to see questions you can save in your own notes. BrushQuest does not collect your answers.

Question starter

Choose a topic.

  • BrushQuest will show general questions here. Add any personal details only in a conversation with your dental professional.

Today’s routine

Keep it simple, then come back tomorrow.

Today’s checklist

0 of 3 complete

Checkmarks record your own input. They do not verify brushing.

Busy day? Start anywhere:

Pick the part of today that fits—there is no perfect schedule.

Two-minute timer

A calm timer, on your terms.

2:00

Ready when you are.

  1. 01Upper right
  2. 02Upper left
  3. 03Lower left
  4. 04Lower right

Four 30-second timing prompts appear when you start. BrushQuest cannot detect coverage or technique.

The timer continues from the clock after a reload or background tab. It never marks a task for you.

Bristle’s check-in

A friendly nudge, never a grade.

Bristle is ready when you are. No self-reported tasks yet today.

No activity streak yet.

An activity-streak day means you checked at least one task. It does not mean the entire routine was completed.

Your weekly check-in

What would make next week easier?

Pick one small adjustment. This stays in your browser and never changes your dental care instructions.

Choose the adjustment that feels most useful.

Your local record

Last 7 days

Only days you record appear here.

History is stored in this browser only while browser storage is available.

Easy return

Keep BrushQuest one tap away.

Use your browser’s install or add-to-home-screen option for a quick shortcut.

Trust center

Clear about what this website does—and what it does not do.

BrushQuest is intentionally small: a routine organizer, general guidance, and a timer. No account is required to use the core experience.

Private by default

Your routine selections stay in this browser. BrushQuest uses no ads, ad pixels, cross-site tracking, or session replay. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and site performance without cookies.

Sources & limits

General guidance, publicly sourced.

Privacy & data

Your plan stays in this browser.

BrushQuest stores your checked tasks, seven-day history, optional cue, routine-plan choices, weekly adjustment, and timer state in browser storage. Clearing browser/site data or using another device removes or separates that local record.

Calendar reminder choices are used only in the open page to create a file when you click download. They are not stored or sent by BrushQuest. If you import that file, your chosen calendar provider handles the event under its own settings.

BrushQuest uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate page visits and site-performance metrics after it is enabled for a deployment. Cloudflare states that this cookie-free service does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. BrushQuest does not use accounts, ad pixels, cross-site tracking, session replay, error reporting, feedback forms, photo upload, or task-history submission.

BrushQuest is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard connection and request data needed to provide the website. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for Cloudflare’s practices.

Delete your BrushQuest data: use the control below to remove BrushQuest’s local checklist, plan, cue, weekly adjustment, and timer from this browser. Because BrushQuest does not receive or mirror those records, clearing them removes the copy under this site’s control. This does not remove an event you imported into a separate calendar service.

Questions or feedback? Email BrushQuest. Please do not send photos, medical details, or other sensitive information by email.

Reset the timer?

This will reset the current two-minute timer. It does not change your checklist or plan.

Reset BrushQuest data?

This removes only BrushQuest’s saved checklist history, routine plan, optional cue, weekly adjustment, and timer state from this browser. It cannot be undone.
