Choose a time, a common obstacle, and one focus. BrushQuest turns them into a simple weekly starting point.

Your 7-day starting plan
This is a self-directed routine organizer, not personalized dental advice. You can change it whenever you want.
Quick guides
These are general routine guides linked to public sources—not an assessment or a substitute for your dental professional.
General guidance: brushing twice daily for two minutes with fluoride toothpaste.
Daily cleaning between teeth is a general recommendation. The method that works best for you can depend on your needs and professional advice.
If you are unsure which method to use, ask your dental professional.
There is no score to catch up. Choose the next realistic step, use your cue or timer if it helps, and continue your routine from there.
Checkmarks record your own input; they do not verify brushing.
Routine Compass
Instead of chasing a streak, pick the situation you are in. BrushQuest gives you a small, pressure-free way to continue.
Your next small step
This is not a grade and it is not dental advice. It is a practical way to return to the routine you choose.

An activity-streak day means you checked at least one task. It does not mean the entire routine was completed.
Your weekly check-in
Pick one small adjustment. This stays in your browser and never changes your dental care instructions.
Choose the adjustment that feels most useful.
